Wat Lao Buddhavong
3043 Catlett Road Catlett, Virginia 20119
I spent some time years ago with a Monk they called John Edward, learning meditation and about Buddhist principals. I decided to start to try to learn meditation after a very hard time in my life, and when finding and visiting this temple, they got me in touch with Edward.
Edward has since moved to another state, but I will always remember him and be thankful to him and others for the learning and experiences I had while there. I still enjoy getting to visit the temple and love seeing the people, the artwork, and walking around the grounds.
